Executive Summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sanofi-Aventis, and Apotex Inc. entered an agreement to settle a suit filed by Apotex regarding the validity and enforceability of a patent for Plavix (clopidogrel bisulfate), known as "the 265."
