Sun Pharma has started roll out of its ready-to-administer (RTA) gemcitabine in Europe, as part of plans to build a differentiated presence in oncology. Early expert opinion on the "creative tweak" appears generally encouraging and Hellen de Kloet, Sun's business head, Western Europe and Australia/New Zealand, anticipates significant switching to the new gemcitabine RTA version.
