Valeant Appoints SVP And Corporate Controller
Executive Summary
Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. has appointed Sam Eldessouky senior vice president (SVP) and corporate controller – effective May 31, 2016. Eldessouky has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance and joins the company from Tyco International Plc. where most recently he was SVP, controller and chief accounting officer. Prior to Tyco, Eldessouky spent 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he held various roles and he also served in PwC’s National Office.
